The story
AiwasLabs sells home and clinic blood tests across the UK. Every test is its own product, with its own science, paperwork and patients, and off-the-shelf software could not hold it. The Hizmedia team built the system from the ground up, with a report parser at its heart: doctors upload a lab PDF and get back an editable report they can review, annotate and sign off.
The challenge
Off the shelf could not hold it.
- 01
AiwasLabs offers more than 40 test products to UK patients, each with its own biomarkers, paperwork and patient journey.
- 02
Turning lab results into clear reports was manual work for clinicians, and getting finished reports to the right patient meant chasing.
- 03
Off-the-shelf platforms could not hold the clinical detail, so everything had to be built around how the clinic actually works.
Patient accounts
Signed off, then straight to the patient.
Finished reports are tied to the patient and their booking, published to their account and emailed. No manual chasing.
