What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (sometimes called local storage) works in a similar way. Both let a site remember things between visits. UK law treats them the same way: anything that isn't strictly needed for something you asked for requires your consent.
What we use
We use two kinds: essential storage that makes the site work as you'd expect, and, only if you accept, Google Analytics cookies. We do not use advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and Google's advertising features are switched off.
Until you accept, the Google tag runs in a restricted “consent mode”: it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and Google may receive only basic signals without identifiers, such as that a page was viewed.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not identify you.

Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time using the panel on this page, or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops using cookies and its cookies are removed.
