Chapter 01The possibility gap
Most businesses have only scratched the surface.
Ask a team what they use Claude or ChatGPT for and you will usually hear the same three things. That is the tip. Underneath are the uses that change how a business runs: how you win work, serve customers, control costs and make decisions.
Most teams never see them, because nobody has set Claude up for their business. That is exactly what we do.

Chapter 03Why Claude
We specialise in Claude. And we set it up properly.
Claude is Anthropic's AI, and it is exceptionally good at the work most businesses run on: writing, analysis, research and reasoning. But a login is not a rollout. The value comes from how it is connected, what it knows and how well your team uses it.
01
Built for real work
Strong at writing, analysis and reasoning across long documents, spreadsheets and data.
02
Learns your business
Projects hold your knowledge and instructions. Skills teach it your standard ways of working.
03
Works where you work
Connectors link Claude to email, files, calendars, CRM and the systems you already run.
04
Safe for business
Business plans do not train on your data by default, with admin controls over who sees what.
05
Grows with you
From everyday chat to Claude Code for technical teams and custom tools built on the Claude API.

Chapter 04Your Claude strategy
We build your Claude strategy. Then we help you deliver it.
Rolling out Claude is a business decision, not a software install. We start with your goals, not the technology, and work out where Claude will make the biggest difference to how you win work, serve customers and run the business.
01
Understand the business
Your goals, your customers, how work really gets done and where the time and money go.
02
Map every opportunity
Every place AI could help, across every team, from small time savers to new services.
03
Prioritise with you
Each idea scored for impact, effort and risk, so the order is obvious and agreed.
04
Roadmap, then rollout
A costed Claude roadmap with quick wins first, and the team to deliver it when you are ready.
AI is not a tool decision. It is a business decision, and it deserves a proper strategy.

Chapter 05How we deliver
Strategy first. Then we make it real.
Every engagement starts with strategy. From there we roll Claude out, tune it to how you work, train your team and build what is missing.
Where every engagement starts
Strategy
Know exactly where Claude fits in your business.
We map every opportunity across your business, score each one for impact and effort, and turn them into a clear, costed Claude roadmap, including the right plan for your team. You see what is possible, and you know which ideas are worth doing first.
Good fit if · You know Claude could help but are not sure where it fits, or what it could really do for you.
We set up your Claude plan properly: workspaces, access, data settings and connectors to the tools you already use. Then we make sure it is actually used.
Good fit if · You have chosen Claude, or want to, and need it set up properly for the whole team.
We build Projects loaded with your knowledge and Skills that capture your standard processes, so Claude produces work in your format, your voice and to your standards.
Good fit if · Your team uses Claude, but the results depend on who is asking.
Practical, role based sessions built around Claude and your team's real tasks. People leave knowing what to use it for, how to get great results and when not to use it.
Good fit if · Adoption is patchy and you want the whole team, not just the keen few, on board.
When the Claude apps are not enough, we build on the Claude API: assistants on your data, document tools, agents and custom connectors that plug Claude into your own systems.
Good fit if · You have a process that is specific to you and nothing off the shelf quite fits.
Before anyone buys a tool or writes a prompt, we map where AI can make a real difference across your business, from quick wins to bigger bets. You get a strategy you can act on, with us or without us.

The right Claude plan and setup, plus what to stop paying for
Not another AI consultancy. A Claude team that builds.
We are part of Hizmedia, a web, marketing and IT company. So the people who plan your rollout can also build what it needs, in plain English and without the hype.
Yes. Most of the teams we work with are small, and the audit is shaped around yours.
We don't know where to start with AI. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our clients start exactly there. The audit exists to show you what is possible in your business, then narrow it down to what is worth doing first.
What does an AI strategy actually include?
A map of where AI can help across your business, each opportunity scored for impact, effort and risk, a prioritised roadmap, the tools and costs involved, and how you will measure whether it is working.
Do we need technical people on our team?
No. Most of our clients do not have an in house technical team. We handle the setup and train your people to use what we put in place.
Why do you focus on Claude?
Because it is exceptionally good at the work most businesses run on: writing, analysis, research and reasoning across long documents. Its business plans do not use your data to train models by default, and features like Projects, Skills and connectors let it learn how your business works. Specialising means we know it deeply.
Which Claude plan do we need?
It depends on your team size and the controls you need. Smaller teams usually start on Claude Team, while larger organisations or those with stricter security needs often choose Enterprise. We recommend the right plan in your audit and set it up for you.
We already use ChatGPT or Copilot. Can you help?
Yes. We look at what is working first. If Claude is a better fit for some or all of your work, we plan a sensible move and train the team. If it is not, we will tell you.
Is it safe to use AI with our business data?
It can be, when it is set up properly. Claude's business plans do not train on your data by default. We review your data and privacy needs, configure access and settings, and build clear guidance on what should and should not go into Claude.
How much does it cost?
The AI audit is a fixed fee agreed up front. Anything after that is quoted against the plan, so you know the cost before any work starts.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses across the UK and the US, working remotely.
What if we just want training?
That is fine. Training can be booked on its own. We will still ask a few questions first so the sessions are built around your team's real work.
