In practice

AI usage policy: what it means for your business

An AI usage policy is usually one or two pages. It lists the AI tools staff may use for work, the kinds of data that must never be entered, when output needs checking by a person and who to ask when unsure. The best ones are short enough that people actually read them, and are updated as tools and uses change.
